Havana Classic recorded in ground-breaking sessions in Cuba
Classico Latino recently returned from Cuba, where we recorded a brand new album of Cuban music at the famous EGREM studios. With guest artist Omar Puente and an array local musicians, this new album channels the tropical spirit of old Cuba with our very own Classical twist.
Tu Tierra launch concert in Bogotá
Classico Latino performed to a sell-out audience at the Teatro Major, Bogota, on Saturday September 16th. Videos of the concert will be shared soon!
Tu Tierra released in Colombia
Classico Latino have released their new album Tu Tierra in Colombia. The album is distributed by Millenium Representaciones and has been on sale since early 2017.
Classico Latino released their fourth Album
Classico Latino released their 4th album called Tu Tierra in 2016. The album will be distributed by Proper Music and celebrates the vast musical heritage of Colombia.
Classico Latino's most recent album, Tu Tierra, takes the listener on a pilgrimage to the Colombian Andes. This region has a proud musical tradition which developed from the ballrooms of the nineteenth century, where rhythms such as the Pasillo, the Joropo and the Bambuco developed from the European Waltz. Join Classico Latino on a journey through the mountains of Colombia, where luscious vegetation, colourful colonial towns and poignant, beautiful music surround and surprise the traveller at every turn.
